【摘要】 通过实地调研和119份调查问卷的数据分析,对集群企业获取知识资源的网络途径、知识资源对模仿创新能力的影响,以及组织学习在其中的调节作用进行了检验。结果显示,在现阶段,集群企业与供应商、客户、本地政府、商会和金融机构的关系,对于知识资源的获取具有主导作用,知识资源获取越多,集群企业的模仿创新能力则越强,但这种关系受到了集群企业学习能力的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Though a survey of 119 cluster firms,this paper examines the relationships between knowledge resources acquisition and imitative innovation,and specifically explores the role of organizational learing as the mediator.Results indicate that knowledge resources acquisition is positilvely associated with cluster firms’ imitation innovation capabilities-ties with suppliers,customers,local government,and business and fincancial associations being the key factors that facilitate the acquisition of knowledge resources,and this relationship is mediated by firms’ organizational learning.更多还原
