【摘要】 基于复杂系统中的超循环理论探讨了产学研中知识转移的超循环系统,并从产学研中转移的超循环因子、超循环主体、超循环系统三个层面出发,进一步深入分析知识转移的障碍。研究发现,产学研系统中转移的知识、系统主体以及系统的其他因素都有可能是产学研系统中知识转移的障碍,应从这些方面一一化解障碍,以促进产学研系统中的知识转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses super cycle system of knowledge transfer during Industry-University-Institute on the base of super cycle theory of complex system.Also,it discusses barriers of knowledge transfer on the lay of super cycle factor,super cycle main bodies and super cycle system.Result proves that during Industry-University-Institute system,knowledge transferred,main bodies of the system and other factors in the system are likely to be barriers of knowledge transfer.As soon as these barriers are resolved,knowledge can be transferred favourably.更多还原
