【摘要】 通过回顾国内外关于智力资本、吸收能力及技术创新的相关研究成果,提出了智力资本、吸收能力及技术创新之间关系的概念模型和理论假设。结果表明:智力资本各要素之间存在互相促进的关系,智力资本及吸收能力都对技术创新绩效有直接正向影响,并且吸收能力对人力资本、社会资本与技术创新绩效之间具有调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,research findings on intellectual capital,absorptive capacity and technology innovation are reviewed.And then the conceptual model for assessing the correlation between intellectual capital and absorptive capacity on technology innovation performance is developed on the basis pf various hypothesis.The results shows that various components of intellectual capital are interactive;intellectual capital and absorptive capacity have significant effect on technology innovation performance;absorptive capacity enhance the positive effect of human capital and social capital on technology innovation performance.更多还原
