【摘要】 以四川国有企业为例,构建以创新资源、创新活动、创新环境、创新产出能力四项指标为基础的自主创新评价体系。通过综合评价和比较分析的方法,对四川、广东、山东等六省市及四川省内不同所属国有企业自主创新能力进行详细分析。在实证分析基础上,找出创新的障碍因素,针对性地从企业和政府两个层面上提出相应的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper takes Sichuan province as an example and sets up an appraisal system for independent innovation,including four indicators: innovation resources,innovative activities,innovation environment and innovation outputs.Using the method of comprehensive evaluation and comparison analysis,it conducts researches on independent innovation capability of state-owned enterprises in six different provinces and different subordinate state-owned enterprises in Sichuan.Based on the empirical analysis,it finds out unfavorable factors of innovation and makes some suggestions on how to deal with these defaults.更多还原
