弹性工作制的委托代理模型分析
Analysis on Principle-Agent Model of Elastic Working Schedule
【摘要】 从委托代理问题的角度分析了弹性工作制为企业和员工带来的多赢效用,并给出了实施弹性工作制的定量参考模型及建议,以期促进企业通过弹性工作制提高员工的工作效率,进而提高企业收益。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the elastic working schedule benefits and win-win impacts to both enterprises and employees.Based on benefits analysis,it illustrates quantitative elastic working schedule model from Principle-Agent Problem perspective.
