【摘要】 从制度效率的角度,通过分析影响行政区划结构及影响因素,构建了行政区划最优选择的理论模型。结果表明:当行政区划所需要的行政管理人员激励的单位成本提高,行政区划应该增加其行政区划的分枝数,现实中表现为增加分枝(基层行政组织)的独立性;但行政区划的分枝数目增加会导致协调成本增加,所以一个有效的行政区划需要权衡以上两种组织成本;当行政区划的分枝增加时应减少行政层级。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper focuses on institution efficiency to analyze the regionalism structure and influence factors,and then it constructs the theoretic optima choice model for regionalism.The theoretic results show when administration level increases,the supervision cost will increase simultaneity,then regionalism could make the option for increase the independence of branch,but the harmony cost of administration branch will be increased simultaneity.So,there is tradeoff between regionalism cost and regionalism extension.更多还原
