稀土改性纳米固体超酸SO42-/ZrO2-CeO2-SiO2催化剂的研究
Research of Nanosolid Superacid Catalyst SO42-/ZrO2-CeO2-SiO2 Modified by Rare Earth
【摘要】 采用稀土改性及低温陈化技术合成了新型的纳米固体超酸催化剂SO42-/ZrO2-CeO2-SiO2,用XRD、XPS、TEM、FT-IR、DTG/TG等手段对催化剂进行表征,结果表明,酯化催化活性及稳定性均有大幅度提高。最佳制备条件:陈化温度-15℃,焙烧温度为500℃,焙烧时间为3h。
【Abstract】 The new nanosolid superacid catalyst SO42-/ZrO2-CeO2-SiO2 is compounded by rare earths modification and low-temperature aging.The catalyst was characterized by techniques such as XRD,XPS,TEM,FT-IR and DTG/TG.The results showed that the activity and stability of the catalyst have improved.The optimum preparation conditions of SO42-/ZrO2-CeO2-SiO2 are:ageing temperature at-15℃,baking temperature at 500℃ and 3h of baking time.
