干燥技术在制备纳米氧化物中的应用

【摘要】 由于纳米粒子的表面效应,用化学沉淀法制备出的纳米氧化物的前驱体在干燥过程中易形成团聚,不易采用传统的加热方法干燥。根据干燥的理论,阐述了烘箱干燥、微波干燥、临界干燥、冷冻干燥、共沸蒸馏法、喷雾干燥法等在制备纳米氧化物中的应用。

【Abstract】 Due to the surface effect of nano particle,the precursor of nano oxide prepared by chemical precipitation method can form aggregation easily,and so can not be dried by usual techniques.In this paper,the mechanism of aggregation of nano oxide during drying process was described based on the theory of drying colloid,and the application of such techniques as direct oven drying,microwave drying,supercritical fluid drying,freezing drying,azeotropic distillation and spray pyrolysis drying to the preparation of nano oxide were summarized.
