FADS快速智能故障检测和诊断技术
Flush airdata sensing system fast intelligent fault detection and diagnosis technology
【摘要】 以重复使用运载器所使用的嵌入式大气数据传感器系统为研究对象,设计故障检测和诊断方法。采用奇偶校验的检测方法实现故障检测,通过粗糙集约简减少奇偶方程的数量,将约简后的决策表转化成规则,实现诊断规则的离线提取,使用位向量逻辑判断完成规则推理。仿真结果表明结论正确可靠,算法计算代价小、运算速度快,能够满足在线诊断的实时性要求。
【Abstract】 A fault detection and diagnosis algorithm has been designed for flush air data sensing system,which is used by reusable launch vehicle.Parity check is adopted to fault detection.The number of parity equation is reduced by rough intensive reduction algorithm.After the reduction,the decision-making table is converted into rules.The rules reasoning process is based on the bit-vector logic judgment.The simulation shows that the diagnostic conclusion is accurate and reliable.Furthermore,the algorithm proposed can meet the real-time requirements of online diagnosis because of its fast computational speed.
