红色荧光粉KYyEu1-y(WO4)x(MoO4)2-x的制备及其发光性能研究
Synthesis and Photoluminescence Property of Red Phosphor KYyEu1-y(WO4)x(MoO4)2-x for White LED
【摘要】 采用高温固相法结合超声波技术合成了红色荧光粉KYyEu1-y(WO4)x(MoO4)2-x系列,探讨了其合成工艺条件,确定了最佳烧结温度为750℃,烧结时间为5h;并确定了当x=0.5,y=0.1时样品的相对发光亮度达到最大值为118.2,发射峰的位置处在615nm附近(Eu3+离子的5D0→7F2跃迁),色纯度高,显色性能好。经过研究发现,随着钨酸盐的浓度增加,以466nm波长激发时,Eu3+的5D0→7F2跃迁发射强度也相应增加,当Mo/W=3时亮度达到最大值。
【Abstract】 A series of yttrium europium double tungsto-molybdate phosphors KYyEu1-y(WO4)x(MoO4)2-x were synthesized by ultrasonic decentralization technology and solid-state reactions. The synthesis condition of the phosphors was discussed. The optimum reaction temperature and sintering time were 750 ℃ and 5 h, respectively. The relative intensity of the sample reached a maximum 118.2 when x was 0.5 and y was 0.1. The main emission line was 5D0→7F2 transition of Eu3+ at 615 nm, and the other transitions from 5DJ (J=0, 1) excited levels to 7FJ (J=1, 2, 3) ground states, were relatively weak, which was advantageous for obtaining a phosphor with good CIE chromaticity coordinates. As the tungstate content increases, the intensity of the 5D0→7F2 emission of Eu3+ activated at wavelength of 466 nm was found to increased and reaches a maximum when the relative ratio of Mo/W was 3.
