高速切削过程数值模拟的研究进展
Advances in Numerical Simulation Technology for High Speed Cutting Process
【摘要】 近年来,有限元仿真技术在高速加工模拟中越来越受到广泛的应用,在研究高速加工机理、切削工艺参数方面具有不可替代的作用。介绍了国内外高速切削过程数值仿真技术的研究进展,阐述了高速切削过程数值仿真的关键技术,包括材料的本构模型、温度场和热力的耦合、切屑与工件的分离和断裂、切屑与刀具的接触和摩擦、网格控制等技术;还总结了数值仿真技术在高速切削几个方面的应用,主要包括切屑的形成、刀具切入过程刀具磨损与破损、难加工材料的可加工性、切屑的控制与刀具设计;最后还对高速切削过程数值仿真的发展方向作了初步的探讨。
【Abstract】 Recently,the numerical simulation technology has been widely applied in high speed cutting process and has played an important role in the investigations of technical parameters and machining mechanism.The study on advances in high-speed cutting process simulation technology of progress at home and abroad was reviewed,and the high-speed cutting process simulation of the key technologies was discussed,which includes constitutive model of material,temperature and thero-mechanical coupling,chip-workpiece separating criteria,chip\tool contacting and friction,mesh controlling.Besides,the numerical simulation technology in high-speed cutting several aspects of the application was summaried,including chip plastic formation,tool wear and damage in high speed cutting,hard material possibly machining,chip controlling and tool design.At last,a preliminary study on trend of high-speed cutting process simulation was predicted.
