涡旋压缩腔变形分析与模拟

【摘要】 基于通用型线理论,分析涡旋压缩腔的几何模型和变形特性,提出压缩腔的长度和容积变化可作为其主要变形特性;研究圆渐开线a类压缩腔运动过程中的几何模型和压缩腔的变形特性,模拟其变形。研究表明:圆渐开线型线形成的压缩腔的长度和容积均与压缩腔法向角呈正比,也与基圆半径和动涡旋体公转半径成正比;圆渐开线压缩腔的变形稳定,而且效率高,工程实践中适于采用以圆渐开线为基础的型线。

【Abstract】 Based on general profile theory,the geometric model and characteristics of scroll compressor chamber’s deformation were overall analyzed.It was proposed that the changes of chamber’s length and volume could be acted as mainly deformation characteristics.For a type scroll compressor chambers with aircle involute,its model in motion process and characteristics deformation were investigated and its deformation was simulated.The study shows that the length and volume of scroll compressor chambers with aircle involute proportion to scroll compressor cham-ber’s normal-angle,basic aircle radius and orbiting radius.The deformation of scroll compressor chambers with aircle involute is steady and change efficiency is high,so the profile based on aircle involute is well adopted in practices.
