立式行星磨功耗问题数值仿真分析

【摘要】 将立式行星磨工作时行星轮在煤层上滚动的问题简化为刚性轮在有刚性底面的煤层上滚动的问题。分析了Bekker刚性轮滚动阻力计算公式不适合直接用来计算行星轮的滚动阻力。根据贝氏仪原理由土力学侧限压缩试验装置测得煤层"压缩--沉陷"曲线,得到了煤层的变形模量。利用LS-DYNA,选用刚性材料与Drucker-Prager材料模型建立了"行星轮--煤层"的有限元模型,计算出行星轮在煤层上的滚动阻力,继而算得立式行星磨的磨碎功率与驱动电机的功率,修改了设计错误。半工业试验结果验证了数值计算结果的有效性。

【Abstract】 The planetary-wheel rolling on a coal-bed when the Vertical Planetary Mill operating was simplified as a rigid wheel rolling on a coal-bed with a rigid base. It was analyzed that the Bekker’s formulation computing rolling resistance is not applicable to calculating the wheel rolling resistance directly. A compaction-sinkage curve was drawn by tests on a monaxial compression apparatus used in soil-mechanics according to the principle of the Bekker’s apparatus,sequentially,the deformation modulus of the coal-bed was calculated using elastic mechanics. A simulation model of the planetary wheel-coal bed with rigid material and Drucker-Prager material models using LS-DYNA was examined. The wheel rolling resistance was computed,and then the grinding power consumption and the power of the motor of the mill were calculated. The mistakes in design of the mill were modified. The simulation results agree well with the results of semi-industry tests.
