【摘要】 目的探讨血必净注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期(AECOPD)患者血栓前状态相关指标的改变及其临床意义。方法采用流式细胞仪、酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法(ELISA)、全自动血凝分析仪等检测AECOPD患者血必净注射液治疗前后及对照组血小板表面P-选择素、血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(tPA)、抑制剂(PAI-1)和凝血4项即Fbg含量及aPTT、PT、TT水平。结果AECOPD患者治疗组P-选择素的表达、血浆PAI-1、Fbg等3项指标均较对照组降低(P<0.05);而tPA水平较对照组增高(P<0.05);COPD患者治疗组aPTT和PT时间明显延长(P<0.05);对照组与COPD治疗组TT时间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血必净注射液对AECOPD患者血小板活化、凝血功能增强、纤溶功能减退等血栓前状态有明显的改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change and significance of Xuebijing on the prethrombotic state in patients with acute episode chronic occlusive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods The expression of P-selectin on platelets,the level of plasma tissue plasminogen activator(tPA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1),aPTT,Fbg,PT and TT were examined by using the flow cytometer,ELISA and auto coagulometer.Results P-selectin,Fbg and PAI-1 in COPD treating group were decreased compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of tPA in COPD treating group was increased compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).aPTT,PT were signiticantly longer in COPD treating group(P<0.05).There was no signigicant changes of TT in both groups.Conclusion Xuebijing injection has a obvious effect on COPD patients in improvation their prethrombotic states such as the activation of platelets,the enhancing of clotting function,the decreasing of fibrinolysis function and so on.更多还原
