【摘要】 随着金融危机的侵袭,对我国经济影响日见凸显,更加剧了我国大学生的就业困难。大学生就业问题不仅关系到每一位毕业生的前途和命运,而且关系到和谐校园的建设与整个社会的和谐发展。政府应采取加快经济增长和产业结构升级、营造良好的就业环境,完善离校未就业大学生就业见习制度,完善创业条件、优化创业环境等具体策略。学校应采取科学调整专业设置,提高培养人才的质量,完善大学生就业实习基地建设,开展个性化和全程就业指导,提高学生求职的成功率等具体策略,大学生自我应采取加强自我教育,树立新的就业观,增强自身素质,提升就业核心竞争力等具体策略。以期化解金融危机的影响,长效促进我国大学生充分就业,使我国高素质的人才资源得到更充分有效的利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influence of financial crisis upon our economy is emerging and increasing college students’ difficulty for employment.The employment is not only related to the fortune of each student,but also connected closely with the building of harmonious campuses and the harmonious progress of whole society.Government should adopt measures such as accelerating economic growth and upgrade of industrial structure,creating a desirable environment for employment,improving the job attachment system of unemployed graduates,perfecting and optimizing conditions for starting business.Colleges ought to adjust the setting of specialties scientifically,improve the qualities of training qualified personnel,strengthening the construction of practice base,and launching personalized and full-course employment guidance to increase success rate for job hunting.College students should cultivate themselves,form a new outlook of employment,and strengthen their qualities to enhance their core competitiveness.The efforts of the above three aspects can contribute to long-term promotion of college students’ full employment and more effective utilization of high-quality talents resources,resolving the impact of financial crisis.更多还原
