【摘要】 资源与环境的代际公正是指资源与环境在代与代之间进行公平的分配和使用。资源与环境代际公正的实现是人类社会能够持续发展的一个重要条件。资源与环境的代际公正有其自身独特的价值:它是环境伦理学的核心内容,是社会学研究的一项新课题,是和谐社会的重要特征和基本价值诉求。实现资源与环境的代际公正应确立代际责任观,打破"人类中心主义"的价值观,解除"本代利己主义"的利己观,自觉充当后代人的代言人。在此基础上,通过确立代际之间恰当的"储存率",以科学发展观为指导实行可持续发展,把自然界作为伦理关怀的对象等基本路径,以实现资源与环境的代际公正。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intergeneration equality of resources and environment refers to fair distribution and using of resources and environment from generation to generation.Their realization composes a key condition for sustainable development of human society.And the fairness between generations has its own value: core content of environmental ethics,a new subject of sociological research,and an important characteristic and essential value appeal for harmonious society.To realize the equality,we should form a responsibility review,break the value of "anthropocentrism",relieve selfishness outlook of "egocentrism",and conduct consciously as representatives for future generations.Grounded on such bases,we can realize sustainable development under the guide of scientific outlook on development,by means of fixing a proper "savings rate" between generations,in order to fulfill intergeneration equality of resources and environment.更多还原
