【Abstract】 The degree of career identity is an important indicator of the success or failure of one’s career development. Career identity mainly refers to the role identity in sociology perspective. The low economic status and social prestige lead to preschool teachers’ imbalance of roles, role conflict, or even disruptive behavior.
