不同海拔高度的野古草的遗传多样性分析
Genetic Diversity of Arundinella Anomala at Different Altitudes
【摘要】 采用SRAP(sequence-related amplified polymorphism)标记对3个不同海拔的15个野古草材料进行遗传多样性分析.49个SRAP引物组合共扩增到207个谱带、115个多态性带,多态性带的比例为55.56%.每对引物组合的谱带数和多态性带数分别为4.22个和2.35个.UPMGA聚类分析结果表明:15个野古草材料可分为I,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,V 5个类群,Ⅱ类又可分为2个亚群,Ⅲ类可分为3个亚群;不同海拔下的3个野古草种群的遗传多样性存在较大差异;低海拔种群内的野古草存在较大的遗传分化,具有更丰富的遗传多样性.
【Abstract】 SRAP(sequence-related amplified polymorphism) was used to detect DNA polymorphisms among the 15 Arundinella anomala plants at three different altitudes.49 SRAP primer combinations totally produced 207 amplifled fragments,among which 115(55.56%) were polymorphic,with an average of 4.22 polymorphic bands and 2.35 bands per primer combination.The dendrogram generated by UPMGA showed that 15 plants were divided into five groups.Meanwhile,group Ⅱ could further be divided into two subgroups and group Ⅲ could be divided into three subgroups.There were obvious differences among the Arundinella anomala populations at three different altitudes;there was much more obvious genetic diversity in the population at low altitude.
