【Abstract】 The mode of cases distribution is an important portion of the procedure by which the court manages cases.It relates to judicial justice and is also the contents of court’s reformation.However,domestic scholars pay no attention to this issue.Many flaws can be found in the traditional mode of cases distribution of Chinese courts through investigating operational status of modes of cases distribution of two level’s courts in one city.Compared with overseas modes of cases distribution,Chinese courts should establish new rules that appointed distributing cases are subordinate to random distributing cases.更多还原
