日粮添加不同水平的铁对二月龄新西兰兔生长性能、屠宰性能及血液指标的影响

【摘要】 本试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平的铁对新西兰肉兔生长性能、屠宰性能及血液指标的影响。选取104只30日龄新西兰生长肉兔,随机分成4个处理组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮基础上以硫酸亚铁形式添加50、100、200 mg/kg铁,预饲期7 d,正试期23 d。结果表明:日粮中铁添加水平对新西兰兔的平均日采食量(AD I)、日增重(ADG)和料重比(F/G)没有显著影响(P>0.05);日粮中额外添加100 mg/kg铁,新西兰兔的成活率最高。不同铁水平对新西兰兔的屠宰全净膛率、半净膛率、肾脏指数影响显著(P<0.05);对肝脏指数和脾脏指数影响不显著(P>0.05)。日粮中铁添加水平对血液中铁、铜、钙、锌、镁的含量影响不显著(P>0.05);不同铁添加水平,对新西兰兔的血小板分布宽度(PDW)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板大细胞比率(P-LCR)影响显著(P<0.05),以50 mg/kg结果最高。

【Abstract】 This study was designed to evaluate the effects of different dietary Fe levels on growth performance,carcass traits and blood biochemical indicators.One hundred and four rabbits were allocated in individual cages for four treatments.In the experiment,1 basal diet and 3 trial diets(the basal diet with the supplemetation of 50,100 and 200 mg/kg FeSO4) were prepared for the control and trial groups.The results showed that the dietary Fe levels had no significant effect on the average daily gain(ADG),the average daily intake(ADI) and the feed/gain ratio(F/G)(P>0.05).The survival rate was the highest when the Fe supplemetation of the dietary was 100 mg/kg.Different Fe levels had significant effects on carcass traits and kidney ratio(P<0.05),however,the dietary Fe levels had no significant effect on liver ratio and spleen ratio(P>0.05).The dietary Fe levels had no significant effect on the content of Fe,Cu,Zn,Ga and Mg of the rabbit blood.Different Fe levels had significant effects on PDW,MPV and P-LCR(P<0.05),and the value was the highest when the Fe supplementation was 50 mg/kg.
