野生西瓜对瓜绢螟的抗性试验初报

【摘要】 在自然感虫的条件下,以黑公子、丰乐一号、广西409为对照,研究了5个野生西瓜材料对瓜绢螟的抗性表现。结果表明:与对照种相比,5个野生西瓜材料对瓜绢螟均有较好的抗性,但以07 stw1-1的抗性表现最好;不同西瓜材料的叶片受害率、虫口密度、植株被害率3个指标间的相关性均达显著水平,可作为西瓜抗虫性的评价指标。生产上可利用抗性较好的材料作为抗虫资源,开展抗虫新品种选育,以实现西瓜无公害生产。

【Abstract】 The watermelon resistance to the Diaphania indica was studied and watermelon leaves victims rate,insect quantity in different growth period,population density and the number of infested plant were analyzed.The result showed that there were different resistances on Diaphania indica among the different varieties.Varieties of 07stw1-1 had the strongest resistance,while Heigongzi and Fengleyihaohad a poor insect resistance to Diaphania indica.The results indicated that there were highly significant correlations among the resistant indexes.Based on these,they could be used as breeding materials to produce commercial hybrid in future.
