基于PLC的农村泵站的设计

【摘要】 由于我国的特殊情况,目前全国许多泵站都是以人为操作为主,生产自动化水平不高.为了节省人力和减少费用,实现泵站的自动化管理,本方案采用了以三菱FX2N系列PLC为控制核心,通过液位开关自动检测水位信息及各种数据并及时反馈信息,并利用PLC编程控制限位开关来实现水泵对水位的自动控制.系统硬件主要包括控制回路、主回路和报警回路,控制回路控制主回路和报警回路.系统的操作方式有自动控制和手动控制两种.该方案成本低,管理、维护和操作简单易行,便于在小型泵站中推广.

【Abstract】 Due to the special situation in our country now has a number of pumping stations to serve the people-oriented operation,production is not high level of automation.In order to save manpower and reduce costs and realize the automation of the management of pumping stations,the program used to Mitsubishi FX2N Series PLC for the control of the core,through the switch automatically detects the water level information and a variety of data and timely feedback information,and limit the use of PLC programming control position switch to achieve automatic control of pump on the water level.system hardware includes control circuit,main circuit and alarm circuit,control circuit to control the main circuit and alarm circuit.The operation system has two types of automatic control and manual control.The program cost low,management,maintenance and operation is simple,easy to promote in a small pumping station.
