【摘要】 目的:观察紫锥菊根乙醇提取物的抗炎作用.方法:采用二甲苯致小白鼠耳肿胀试验、蛋清致小鼠足跖肿胀试验、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性试验、小鼠棉球肉芽肿试验.结果:紫锥菊根乙醇提取物10,5 g/kg可显著减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀程度、抑制醋酸所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加、抑制小鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成(p<0.01,p<0.05);紫锥菊根乙醇提取物10 g/kg能减轻蛋清所致小鼠足跖肿胀度(p<0.05).结论:紫锥菊根乙醇提取物具有较好的抗炎作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To examine the anti-inflammatory effect of the echinacea(Echinacea) root extract.Methods: Experiments of ear edema induced by xylene,hind paw edema induced by fresh egg white,capillary permeability of abdominal cavity induced by acetic acid and granuloma induced by cotton ball in mice were performed.Results: Having been treated with echinacea root extract at 10 or 5 g·kg-1,the mice showed that the ear edema was reduced,capillary permeability of abdominal cavity and the formation of granuloma were inhibited(p<0.01,p<0.05);and the edema of hind paw was reduced when the mice were treated with echinacea root extract at 10 g·kg-1(p<0.05).Conclusion: Echinacea root extract has satisfactory anti-inflammatory effect.更多还原
