离子交换树脂法纯化水溶性红曲红色素的研究

【摘要】 以弱碱性阴离子交换树脂D301吸附水溶性红曲色素溶液,95%乙醇洗脱,然后进行HPLC分析,结果表明,红曲色素含有8种黄色素组份,其最大吸收峰均在380 nm附近;弱碱性阴离子交换树脂D301可实现红色素与黄色素组份的有效分离.

【Abstract】 Solution of water-soluble Monascus dye was adsorbed by D301 anion exchange resin and eluted by 95%(v/v) ethanol-water.The elate and mother liquor were detected via HPLC(high-performance liquid chromatography).The results showed that Monascus dye contained 8 kinds of yellow dye,whose characteristic absorption peak was about 380nm and that the red dye and yellow dye could be separated effectively by D301 anion exchange resin.
