基于Java的网络数控加工仿真系统的开发
Development of machining simulation system of network numerical control based on Java
【摘要】 为了实现数控系统的网络化,采用具有平台独立性的Java编程语言,以Java Applet应用程序为载体,利用线程技术、多媒体技术、绘图技术和逐点比较法等技术,解决了仿真过程中的图像闪烁、声音载入等问题,实现了仿真过程的实时性动态仿真,完成了网络数控的二维加工仿真系统的开发.在VM-650数控加工中心上,对直线、圆弧加工过程进行试验验证,仿真结果表明系统具有界面友好、计算速度快和平台可移植等优点,具有一定的实用性和应用价值.
【Abstract】 In order to realize network numerical control, the two-dimensional machining simulation system is developed using JAVA programming language with many advantages on Internet. The key technical problems, such as scintillation of image and loading sound are resolved. In the VM-650 CNC machining center, the line and arc are processed to verify the system. The simulation results show that the system has some relevance and application value with a user-friendly interface, fast calculation and platform portability.
