【Abstract】 Since its appearance,the core competence theory has always been thought as a theoretical weapon to develop and maintain competitive advantages.As its inherent rigidity,the core competence theory cannot adapt itself to dynamically changing environment.The theory of dynamic competence is regarded as a new source of maintaining competitive advantages for enterprises.According to the theory,enterprises should foster and enhance the dynamic capabilities from their corporate culture,organizational learning,motivation and knowledge alliance.更多还原
