【摘要】 汶川地震给灾区人民造成了强大的心理冲击,因此,将心理援助纳入震后救援工作,是心理咨询工作者的主要任务。心理咨询工作者应根据灾区人民不同的身心受损情况,采取心理教育—心理咨询—心理治疗三层次心理援助模式,使灾区人民在情感、信念、心理需求等方面得到科学系统的心理援助,帮助他们尽快走出心理阴影,恢复信心,以积极的心理状态投入抗震救灾重建家园的工作中。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Wenchuan Earthquake has made a strong psychological impact on people of the quake-stricken areas.Thus to enclose psychological relief into the after-quake relief work is the major task for psychological counseling workers.According to different extents of psychological destroy to which the people of the areas have suffered,counseling workers should take psychological education-counseling-therapy,the three-level assistance model to provide them with scientific psychological relief in emotion,belief,psychological demands and other aspects,helping them walk out shadow,regain self-confidence,and devote themselves into home rebuilding in a positive mental state as early as possible.更多还原
