甘南藏羊与滩羊等肌肉脂肪酸含量对比分析

【摘要】 甘南藏羊与滩羊脂肪酸含量分析,不饱和脂肪酸含量甘南藏羊高于滩羊(P<0.05),饱和脂肪酸低,为评价甘南藏羊肉用品质提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Analysis of Gansu Tibetan sheep and Tan sheep of fatty acids,Gannan Tibetan sheep unsatuntted fatty acids were higher than Tan sheep(P<0.05),low satarated fatty acids,in order to evaluate the quality of Gannan Tibetan lawb used to provide a theoretical basis.
