【摘要】 用血凝(HA)和血凝抑制试验(HI)对甘肃省742份猪血清进行了猪流感H5和H9亚型抗体检测。在12个市州的猪群中检出SIH9亚型抗体,检出阳性34份,平均阳性率为4.58%。阳性率最高为9.09%,最低为0.91%。在2个市州的猪群中检出SIH5亚型抗体,检出阳性3份,平均阳性率为0.40%。阳性率最高为4.76%,最低为2.98%。检测患病猪(非流感病)血清66份,其中8份检测出SIH9抗体,抗体阳性率为12.12%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 742 sera in 14 cities(states) of Gansu province were examined by HA and HI using H5 and H9 SIV infection.The antibodies against H9 swine influenza was found in 12 cities(states).The results showed the positive sera of H9 SIV was 34,the average positive rate of infection antibody was 4.58%,The highest positive rate was 9.09%,the lowest the positive rate was 0.91%.The antibodies against H5 swine influenza was found in 2 cities(states).The results showed the positive sera of H5 SIV was 3,the average positive rate of infection antibody was0.40%,The highest positive rate was 4.76%,the lowest the positive rate was 2.98%.66 sera of the swine infected another infectious diseases except SI,were examined.The results showed the positive sera of H9 SIV was 8,the average positive rate of infection antibody was 12.12%.更多还原
