模块式气固流化床干法选煤技术的研究

【摘要】 基于选煤技术集约化、高效化、经济化的思想,建立了处理能力为40~60 t/h的模块式气固流化床干法选煤系统,与KZA2050型空气重介质干法分选系统相比,可大幅度降低基建及运行成本,减小了占地面积及三维空间。该模块式气固流化床干法选煤系统采用B-A型磁铁矿粉和B-A型煤粉的混合物作为宽粒级加重质,提出了将循环加重质及引风除尘系统的出料直接返回分选机的新型床层调控方法,优化了工艺流程,增强了床层密度和高度的均匀与稳定,提高了流化质量。在此基础上,还详细考查了该干法选煤系统的分选性能,试验结果表明,该系统能有效分选50~6mm的煤炭,当分选密度为1.33、1.61 g/cm3时,所得可能偏差分别为0.05、0.06g/cm3。

【Abstract】 To realize intensive, high efficiency and economy of coal separation technology, the modular air-solid fluid bed system for dry separation of coal with capacity of 40-60t/h was built, that compared with KZA dry separation system, it can remarkably reduce capital, operation cost, occupied area and space. The modular air-solid fluid bed dry separation system uses mixture of B-B magnetite and B-B coal dust wide particle size as dense medium, presents the new bed control and adjust method that directly return the circulating dense medium and dust discharged from dust exhauster to the separator, so that optimized process flowsheet, enhanced the uniform and stability of density and highness of the bed, increased the quality of fluidization. The study also made on separation performance of the system, the test result shows that the system can efficient separation coal with particle size 50~6 mm, when the cut points were 1.33 g/cm2 and 1.61g/cm2 , the obtained ecart probable were 0.05 g/cm2 and 0.06 g/cm2 respectively.
