粒度分布对提质褐煤水煤浆性能影响的研究
Research on Effect of Particle Size Distribution of Modified Lignite-Water Slurry
【摘要】 为了研究颗粒粒度分布的堆积效率在难制浆煤种制备水煤浆过程中的作用,试验选用内蒙古宝日希勒褐煤和气流干燥管工艺提质过的褐煤作为研究对象,并采用欧美克激光粒度测试仪进行煤样的粒度分析,应用相关的软件,计算出两种煤样在不同配比下的堆积效率,研究了粒度分布对两种水煤浆浓度、粘度、流变性及稳定性的影响,结果表明:提质褐煤煤样达到了较好的粒度分布,堆积效率提高6.74个百分点,水煤浆的浓度相应提高6.6个百分点,达到60.83%,满足了工业要求。因此,合理的粒度分布能明显改变提质褐煤水煤浆的流变性,有效提高提质褐煤水煤浆的浓度。
【Abstract】 In order to study on the Effect of particle size distribution for the coal that difficult to make slurry,Inner Mongolia lignite modified coal by an air flow drying process were selected in this experiment. Packing efficiency is measured by the Euro-American gram LS-C(1) type laser Particle analytical instrument. Results showed that packing significantly increased 6.74% and concentration of CWS increased 6.6%.The coal water slurry meet the needs of industry. The paper proved that improving packing significantly can change rheological behavior of lignite-water slurry and improve concentration of lignite-water slurry effectively by researching the effect of packing efficiency for slurry concentration, viscosity rheological behavior & stability of lignite-water slurry.
