【摘要】 家庭联产承包责任制是我国农村地区实行改革开放的标志性事件,是我国农村经营制度的一次重要创新。进入新世纪后,面对复杂多变的经济形势,在稳定家庭联产承包责任制的基础上大力发展新型农民合作经济组织,是我国农村经营制度的又一次伟大创新,也是进一步完善家庭联产承包责任制、发展现代农业的必然选择。但作为农村经营制度创新的新兴事物,农民合作组织目前在总体上还处于发展的初级阶段,还存在一些较为突出的困难和问题。因此,农民合作组织必须进一步全面提升自身的社会影响力和市场竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The household contract responsibility system(HCRS) is a landmark event in the implementation of the Reform and Opening-up policy in China’s rural areas,and it is a significant innovation in the exploration of new operating systems in the countryside.In the 21st century,in face of the complex and capricious economic situation,another great innovation is in order,i.e.to develop new types of farmers’ cooperative economic organizations while stabilizing our current HCRS.This innovation is in fact an inevitable choice in that it will further improve the HCRS and promote the development of modern agriculture.However,since it is still in the elementary stage of development,this innovation is confronted with a number of obvious difficulties and problems.This paper argues that farmers’ cooperative economic organizations must make great efforts to enhance their social influence and market competitiveness.更多还原
