中厚煤层区段煤柱留设宽度理论确定

【摘要】 依据GB50218-94工程岩体质量级别及相应质量定性特征描述,综合考虑顶板完整程度和软硬程度,以及巷道位置、巷道与煤层尺寸等因素,从应用的角度出发将巷道围岩划分成6种组合类型,依据Mohr-Coulomb准则和Kastner方程,确定出了中厚煤层区段煤柱留设宽度的理论计算公式,并应用于东保卫煤矿三采区36#煤层回采巷道布置当中,收到了良好的技术与经济效果,该研究对确定区段煤柱合理留设宽度具有参考作用。

【Abstract】 Based on classification of Rockmass Quality GB50218-94 and relevant description on qualitative character,this paper divides the wall rock state of tunnel into six types from the angle of application,taking the relevant factors,including the integrity degree,hard and soft degree in roof and floor,as well as roadway position,size of the tunnel and the coal thickness into account.Based on the Mohr-Coulomb yield criterion and equation of Kastner,the paper brings forward the theoretical calculation formula of section coal pillar’s reasonable reserve-width in medium thick coal seam.The method has been applied to the layout for mining tunnel No.36 seam of No.3 mining area,Dong Bao-wei Mine,which has brought considerable technological and economic achievements.The research has directive significance in solving the section coal pillar’s reasonable reserve-width.
