【摘要】 目的探讨隐翅虫性角结膜炎的临床特征、诊断要点及治疗方法。方法对我科住院资料完整的隐翅虫性角结膜炎患者22例(22眼)进行回顾性分析,总结该病临床表现特点,并探索制定季德胜蛇药治疗该病的有效方案。结果22例患者中起病时间为夜间或早晨者20例,患者出现剧烈、难以忍受的眼部刺痛者19例,角膜损伤者21例,合并隐翅虫性特征性皮损者19例,经季德胜蛇药治疗该病能快速止痛且缩短疗程。结论掌握隐翅虫性角结膜炎病的临床特点,可减少误诊。季德胜蛇药治疗该病有效,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical features,essentials for diagnosis and therapies of staphylinid induced keratoconjunctivitis.Methods Retrospective analysis was taken in 22 cases(22 eyes)with staphylinid induced keratoconjunctivitis,who were with complete clinical data in our department of ophthalmology.Clinical characteristics of staphylinid induced keratoconjunctivitis were summarized.The efficiency and safety of treatment using Chinese drugs for snakebite named by Ji Desheng were explored.Results In all of 22 cases,20 cases were with the onset time at night or in the morning,19 cases were with serious and unbearable ophthalmalgia,21 cases were with corneal injury and 19 cases with staphylinid induced keratoconjunctivitis.Chinese drugs for snakebite named by Ji Desheng could relieve pain quickly and shorten the course of treatment in treating this kind of disease.Conclusions A good command of clinical characteristics of staphylinid induced keratoconjunctivitis can reduce the happening of misdiagnosis.Chinese drugs for snakebite named by Ji Desheng is effective in treating staphylinid induced keratoconjunctivitis,and needs to be popularized.更多还原
