【摘要】 目的探讨应用羊膜经鼻内窥镜治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法采用经鼻内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术,治疗慢性泪囊炎43例50眼。所有患者被随机分为2组,一组应用银夹加羊膜固定26例32眼,另一组单纯银夹固定17例18眼。结果术后随访3个月~2a,术中应用羊膜治疗慢性泪囊炎,治愈率100%;术中未应用羊膜者治愈16眼,改善2眼,治愈率89%。结论经鼻内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎是一种有效术式,术中应用羊膜可提高治愈率,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate curative effects of amnion for chronic dacryocystitis under nasal endoscope.Methods Forty-three cases(50 eyes)with chronic dacryocystitis were treated with dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscope.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.One group about 26 cases(32 eyes)applied with silver clip and amnion fixation,and the other group about 17 cases(18 eyes)only treated with silver clip fixation.Results All patients were followed up for 3 months to 2 years.The curative rate was 100% in group applied with amnion,and was 89% in group without amnion with 16 eyes cured and 2 eyes improved.Conclusions Dacryocystorhinostomy is an ideal way to treat chronic dacryocystitis under nasal endoscope.Using amnion during the operation can raise the curative rate,and is worth to be popularized.更多还原
