【摘要】 目的探讨糖尿病患者进行白内障超声乳化摘出联合人工晶状体植入术的临床效果。方法对158例(193眼)糖尿病患者施行白内障超声乳化摘出联合人工晶状体植入术,术后观察视力及并发症情况。结果术后视力0.01～0.1者26眼(13.47%),0.12～0.3者37眼(19.17%),0.4～0.5者50眼(25.90%),0.6～1.0者以上80眼(41.46%);术中后囊膜破裂7眼,术后角膜水肿95眼,经治疗3～6d消失。结论糖尿病白内障患者行超声乳化摘出联合人工晶状体植入术是安全有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effects of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of diabetic cataract.Methods Total 158 patients(193 eyes)with diabetic cataract underwent the phacoemulsificatian combined with intraocular lens implantation.Results Postoperative visual acuity:there were 26 eyes(13.47%)ranged from 0.01 to 0.1,37 eyes(19.17%)ranged from 0.12 to 0.3 and 50 eyes(25.90%)ranged from 0.4 to 0.5,80 eyes(41.46%)reached from 0.6 to 1.0.Seven eyes peplos were rupture in operation,95 eyes were corneal bedewing postoperative,all complications were dispeared is 3-6 d after treatment.Conclusion phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation is a safe and effective clinical treatment for diabetic cataract.更多还原
