【摘要】 高校知识产权教育可以分为专业型教育、普及型教育和在职培训教育等不同类型的知识产权教育形式与教育体系。在知识产权问卷调查与实地调研的基础上,探讨了高校知识产权教育存在的主要问题,包括教师的知识产权意识、高校知识产权制度建设和知识产权课程设置等三个方面。因此,加快高校知识产权教育发展必须建立完善的中国高校知识产权教育制度和完备教育体系;将知识产权教育与素质教育相结合;加强知识产权师资队伍和教材的建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 The intellectual property education in universities can be classified into several educational forms: professional education,universal education,on-the-job training and so on.By means of the questionnaire survey and the field investigation of intellectual property,the paper analyses the status quo and main problems of the intellectual property education in universities,concerning such aspects as the teachers’ sense of intellectual property,the intellectual property system construction and the intellectual property course design of universities.The paper comes up with the conclusion that in order to speed up the development of education of intellectual property,it is necessary for universities to establish a perfect educational institution,which combines the intellectual property education with quality-oriented education and promotes the construction of teaching staffs and teaching materials.更多还原
