【摘要】 高校的物业管理工作是高校后勤社会化改革的重点,也是学校后勤改革所面临的重要问题。分析了当前高校物业管理的现状,指出了高校物业管理存在观念知识落后、规模效应差、费用偏低、职责权限不明确等方面问题,提出应建立物业管理新体制和新模式、加强人才培养、提高服务质量、树立物业品牌、创造社会氛围等思路;强调高校需要积极运用和创造条件,加快推进高校后勤物业管理步伐。更多还原

【Abstract】 The property management in universalities is the focus of the reform of logistics socialization,and also the key issue with which the logistics reform of university is faced.This paper analyzes the current situation of college property management,pointing out problems such as backward concepts and knowledge,poor scale effect,insufficient cost,indefinite responsibilities and authorities,etc.Ideas of college property management have been suggested to set up new management system and modes,intensify the training of talented people,improve the quality of service,establish a new brand of property management,build a sound social environment,etc.The paper also emphasizes the need for the universities to create conditions for accelerating the pace of logistic property management.更多还原
