【摘要】 目的:探讨新疆吐鲁番地区维吾尔族Ⅱ型精尿病与体重指数、腰臀比的关系。方法:对吐鲁番地区211名维吾尔族常住居民进行抽样调查。结果:男女间腰臀比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);男、女性Ⅱ型糖尿病患者体重指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),腰臀比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。体重指数对新疆吐鲁番地区维吾尔族男、女性Ⅱ型糖尿病无影响。当腰臀比异常时,对男性Ⅱ型糖尿病患病无影响,但可增加女性Ⅱ型糖尿病患病率。结论:维吾尔族体重指数、腰臀比与Ⅱ型糖尿病无明显相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the association between body mass index and waist-hip ratio with type 2 diabetes in Uygur residents in Turpan Xinjiang.Methods:The investigation was conducted in 96 Uygurs patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,115 ethnically matched controls from Turpan,Xinjiang.Results. There was a significant difference in waist-hip ratio between men and women;there was no different in body mass between men and women with type 2 diabetes mellitus;there was different in waist-hip ratio between men and women with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Conclusion:When the body mass index abnormal,it has no impact on men with type 2 diabetes mellitus,but to the women,it will increase the risk of suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus.更多还原
