【摘要】 目的:建立维甲酸软膏的质量控制方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法在336nm处测定维甲酸的含量。结果:维甲酸检测浓度在1.0～6.0μg/ml范围内与吸收度线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.97%(RSD=0.80%)。结论:本法经济、安全。操作简便、快捷,重现性好,结果准确,适用于医院制剂的快速分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Establish the UV method of tretinoin ointment quality control.Methods:We apply the UV spectrophotometry method with a wavelength of 336 nm.Results:The linear range of tretinoin were 1.0～6.0 μg/ml(r=0.999 9).The average recoveries of tretinoin ointment were 98.97%(RSD=0.80%).Conclusion:This method is reliable,accurate and suitable to apply in hospital.更多还原
