【摘要】 目的:观察膳食纤维治疗老年慢性功能性便秘(CIC)患者的症状及疗效评分变化。方法:63例接受膳食纤维治疗的老年CIC患者和64例服用安慰剂的同病患者(对照组)接受了"便秘症状及疗效评估问卷"评估。结果:两组患者治疗前便秘症状总分和各分项评分分布接近(P>0.05),膳食纤维组治疗后的便秘症状总分和各分项评分均明显低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.01)。结论:膳食纤维可明显改善老年CIC患者的症状及疗效评分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Observe the treatment of dietary fiber on elderly patients with chronic functional constipation(CIC)and effects.Method:63 CIC cases received treatment of dietary fiber and 64 cases received the placebo(control group)took part in the questionnaive.Results:Two groups of patients with constipation symptoms have an approached distribution of symptoms and other scores before treatment(P>0.05).The dietary fiber group showed a lower score for both the symptom and others than the control group affer therapy(P<0.01).Conclusion:The dietary fiber conld improne the symptoms and effect of CIC.更多还原
