大鼠失血性休克过程对卵巢组织结构的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究大鼠失血性休克过程中卵巢组织结构的变化。方法:选择40只健康SD雌性大鼠随机分为实验组(S组,n=30)与对照组(C组,n=10),实验组30只大鼠再分成3个亚组,即休克1h组(S1组)、休克2h组(S2组)和休克3h组(S3组)。分别取其卵巢组织同时进行大体及光电镜检查。结果:实验组大鼠卵巢体积依次减小(P<0.05),卵巢重量略有减轻(P<0.05);光镜下显示实验组卵巢间质血管扩张、充血和炎细胞浸润,生长卵泡颗粒细胞间间隙增宽,卵泡的边缘皱缩。电镜观察显示核异染色质明显增多,呈团块状,并可见较多的卵泡细胞滑面内质网扩张成泡,部分卵泡细胞线粒体有空泡改变,核固隙增加,透明带明显增宽,见凋亡小体。结论:急性失血性休克对卵巢组织结构可造成损害,随着休克时间的延长损害加重。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect on ovary during hemorrhagic shock of female rats. Methods:Forty rats were randomly divided into control group (n=10),and acute hemorrhagic shock groups (n=30). Experimental model was established by deplete blood from carotid artery keeping the average arterial blood pressure around 40 mmHg and divided into 3 groups of shock 1 hour,2 hour,and 3 hour. Alteration of ovarian ultrastructiure was seen under light and electron microscope. Result:Both of ovarian volume and weight were reduced than control group; the Statistical analysis shown a close correlationship (P<0.05~<0.01). The dilatation of ovarian interstitial blood vessel and the infiltration of inflammatory cells were showed under the light microscope. Apoptosis were discovered under electron microscope,the disintegration in granulosa cells (GCs) was obvious in the S3 group. Conclusion:There are secondary ovarian injury during the acute hemorrhagic shock,apoptosis in ovary was induced in the phase of acute hemorrhagic shock,which may play a definite effect in ovarian injury in rats.
