【摘要】 英汉动物名词都含有较丰富的国俗语义,这些喻义源于动物,用于社会,构成了民族文化相互交流的组成部分。在跨文化交际过程中,理解喻义,掌握词语的真实所指,必须依赖一定的文化背景。因此学习语言,了解文化背景应该双管齐下。本文以汉语中的"狼"和英语中的"wolf"两个对应词为例,分析动物词的异同,希望对语言学习者有所裨益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The animal words in both Chinese and English have profound cultural connotations.They are originated from animals themselves and used in the society,and constitute the part of communicating national cultures.During the course of cross-cultural communication,understanding the implied meaning and grasping what the words really refer to must depend on a certain cultural background.Therefore we must keep in mind both language learning and language culture.This essay studies the different cultural connotations of the Chinese word "wolf"and the English word "wolf" so as to provide reference for cross-cultural research.更多还原
