【Abstract】 In this paper,the author thinks that the School Library Net coverage in colleges and universities exist omission,and at the same time,he point out the Cumbersome and laggardly phenomenon in Grass-roots Sector’s Statistics work.To address these questions,the author attempted to design an information system for basal library resource management,for the sake of achieving the integrity of campus Library Network and improving the efficiency of the management.更多还原
