【摘要】 做好高校毕业生就业工作,事关民生、经济发展和社会稳定。国家和自治区对大学生就业问题十分关心,先后出台了一系列促进毕业生就业的文件,为促进高校毕业生就业提供了有力的政策保障。本期策划围绕大学生就业问题,特邀请新疆维吾尔自治区党委组织部副部长、自治区人力资源和社会保障厅厅长田文、新疆维吾尔自治区教育厅厅长吐尔逊·伊不拉音,以及在高校一线从事大学生就业指导工作的教师进行了笔谈;期望本期策划能为新疆高校大学生就业政策的制订和高校大学生就业指导工作的开展提供政策参考,帮助大学生树立正确的就业观,适时调整就业期望,增强信心、摆正心态、降低预期、合理定位。更多还原
