【摘要】 主要研究了黏合增进剂PM-18在输送带胶料中的应用。试验结果表明,在尼龙、聚酯带贴胶配方中加入15份PM-18,可提高布与布、胶与布间的黏合强度,满足此类输送带的使用要求;在钢丝绳芯输送带黏合胶配方中加入15份PM-18,可获得胶料与镀锌钢丝绳良好的初始黏合力和老化后的黏合力,远高于GB/T9770标准,能够满足钢丝带长期使用的要求。通过加入黏合增进剂PM-18,在满足输送带使用要求的同时,又可使配方成本得到大幅度降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mainly studied the applications of adhesion promoting agent PM-18 in the rubber compound of conveyor belt. The results showed that add 15 units of PM-18 to the formula of nylon and polyester belt paste glue,enhanced the adhesion strength of fabric and cloth,plastic and cloth in order to meet the requirements of such conveyor belt; in bonding steel cord conveyor belt gel formula by adding 15 PM-18 can get a good rubber and galvanized steel wire rope of the initial bonding strength and the bonding strength after aging,which is farther over the GB / T 9770 standards that can meet the requirements of steel with a long-term use. By joining adhesion-promoting agent PM-18,the conveyor belt used to meet the requirements,and prescription costs also can be significantly reduced.更多还原
