双滑柱式熔体过滤装置的研究及流场分析
Research of double sliding column melt filter and flow field analysis
【摘要】 本文运用基于有限元的CFD分析软件Ansys,对过滤装置的主要零件滑柱与本体进行受热膨胀分析;运用CFD软件Polyflow,对过滤装置的流场进行数值模拟计算,并运用专业处理软件Fieldview对模拟结果进行后处理,得到熔体的压力场和速度场。结果表明,滑柱和本体的热膨胀量不同,在进行结构设计时必须要考虑到。此外,过滤面积对换网次数起着决定性的作用。
【Abstract】 By using CFD analysis software Ansys based on finite element,analyzed the thermal expansion of the main components sliding column of the filter body and noumenon;By using CFD software Polyflow to numerically simulate the flow field of the filter,and carried through the post-processing by using specialized processing software Fieldview,obtained the pressure field and velocity field of melt.The results showed that sliding columns and noumenon are of different thermal expansion,which should be taken into account in the design.In addition,the number of filter area plays a decisive role for the filter changing.
