【摘要】 文章介绍国内第一个面向公众开放的高等教育地理信息系统——北京市高等教育地理信息系统的设计与开发。系统提供数据查询、数据管理及专题图制作发布等功能。系统采用三层结构:数据层,包括空间数据及属性数据;中间层,用来提供Web和GIS服务;表现层,包括用于Web客户端和GIS客户端的软件封装。GIS软件采用性价比较好的国产WEB-GIS软件开发平台SuperMap IS.NET,开发工具选用Visual Studio.NET2005。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper introduces the design and development of Beijing Higher Education Geographic Information System, which is the first one opened to public. The system has three major functionalities: data query, data administration,theme map production and distribution. The system adopts three-tier architecture: data layer, which stores spatial data and attribute data; the middle layer, which provides web and GIS service; presentation layer, which includes software used to encapsulate Web and GIS clients.
