【摘要】 农村基层教师的教育技术培训是广大农村实现教育信息化的关键所在。本文分析了农村换岗教师的基本情况及其培训需求,并结合《中小学教师教育技术能力标准(试行)》的要求、教育技术培训的特点,从培训的目标与定位、培训内容的确定与培训方法的选择、培训指导教师的定位、培训效果的评价方法等方面出发,具体设计实践了一套教育技术培训方案。该方案积极营造教师学习与应用信息技术的环境,为提升农村教师教育技术的水平,推进农村教育的信息化提供了可操作的培训方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural teachers’education technology training is the key to realize the educational informatization in the wide rural area. Basing on analyzing the situation of teachers in rural and their training needs and according to 《The Educational Technology Ability Standard for the Primary and Secondary School Teachers(in tryout) 》,the paper designs a kind of educational technology training project that covers ascertaining training aim,selecting training content and training methods,evaluating methods to training effect,making certain the job of the instructors,and so on.
