【摘要】 目的了解健儿贴治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的疗效。方法38例ADHD患儿采用健儿贴进行治疗,于治疗前进行Conners父母用评定量表(PSQ)、教师用评定量表(TRS)评分及威斯康星分类卡片测验(WCST),并于治疗2周、治疗1个月时进行同样评估。结果治疗后,PSQ中的学习问题、冲动-多动、焦虑、多动指数比治疗前有所下降,TRS中的多动问题、多动指数比治疗前有所下降,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);WCST中,完成分类次数比治疗前有所上升,总错误数、持续性错误数、持续性错误率、非持续性错误数、非持续性错误率、持续性应答数均比治疗前有所下降,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健儿贴临床用于儿童ADHD,有近期疗效,治疗后症状有所改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the therapeutic effect of Jianertie on the children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).Methods A total of 38 children with ADHD were treated with jianertie,and they were assessed with the Conners Parents Rating Scale(PSQ),the Teacher Rating Scale(TRS) and the Wisconsin Card Test(WCST)——before the treatment,two weeks and one month after the treatment. Results After the treatment,the learning problems,impulse-hyperactivity,anxiety and hyperactivity index in PSQ,hyperactivity problems and hyperactivity index in TRS significantly declined than those before the treatment(P<0.05);and in the WCST,the completion of classification significantly increased than that before the treatment,while the total number of errors,continuity errors,error rate of persistent,non-persistent errors,error rate of non-continuous,and sustained response significantly declined than those before the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions There is a short-term efficacy of jianertie in the treatment of children with ADHD.更多还原
